Shipping Policy

Tricy's Touch designs are customized by ONE person and every item is hand made to order.  Once the non-refundable deposit of $50 (per shoe) is received, all orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  Please allow 1-5 (refurbished 1-10) days for your order to be processed and 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped.  Shipping time for other customized items (glassware, shirts, etc.) will vary depending on size of order.  Shipping cost is included in the price. 

**The remaining balance is due before package will be shipped.** 

Packages will require a signature upon delivery to the customer.  Submitting your deposit means you have read and understood this policy.
