How much is the deposit and when is the remaining balance due?
The non-refundable deposit for shoes is $50 per pair. Once the deposit is received, all orders are processed in the order in which they are received. The remaining balance is due before any item will be shipped. Tricy's Touch may require a deposit for any set of items totally $50+.
Do you take credit or debit cards?
Currently, Tricy's Touch does not accept credit or debit cards. Deposits and payments can be made with cash or through
Cashapp--$TricysTouch or
Paypal--missalpeterson@gmail.com.
What if I don't know what type of customization I want?
No worries!! Tricy is here to help you through the process of getting customized.
Can I provide my own gems?
No, Tricy has a plethora of gems and everything needed for your customized experience. Just let her know what you want and you will be touched by Tricy!!
Can I wear my customized shoes in the rain?
Yes, you can wear your shoes in the rain. The gems are attached with an adhesive that is said to be waterproof but prolonged exposure to water can loosen the adhesive, which will become tacky and gems will loosen and fall off. DO NOT put your customized shoes in a washer or a dryer.
Is it possible for some of my gems to come off?
Yes, any item that has been customized could have some loss of gems depending on extensive or aggressive usage of the item.
Can I change my shoe design after I make my deposit?
No, once a design has been agreed upon and the deposit has been paid, no changes can be made to the design. Tricy will not begin customizing without an approved design.
Will both shoes be identical?
As you know, manufactured shoes are not always made identical. Some areas of the manufactured shoe may not be identical, such as stitching and eyelet placement. Tricy is a self proclaimed perfectionist and is going to ensure that she customizes your shoe as identical as she can.
Are Vans and Converse the only shoes you customize?
No, Tricy has customized various special request such as Air Force 1's, Jordan 1's and Crocs. Special request are always welcomed.
What size shirts do you offer?
Youth size S-XL and Unisex sizes S-3XL
What if I am not satisfied with Tricy's Touch?
Refunds may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit and processing fee of $25. Unworn or undamaged items will need to be shipped back to Tricy at the cost of the customer. Once received, a refund may be issued.
