Refurbished

Refurbished items must be mailed to Tricy in the same package that will be used for returning the item.  Original shipping cost will be covered by the customer.  All items sent in to be refurbished will be cleaned on arrival.  There will be an additional 5 days for cleaning added to processing time.  Cost for cleaning is included in the price.  Please be advised that there is no guarantee of spotless cleaning. 
Tricy believes that wear and tear to shoes provides character, so she will not customize shoe labels on the soles, unless requested.
